Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the showroom team to meet and exceed sales management targets
- Provide ongoing training and development for staff on product knowledge and big ticket sales strategies
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing escalated complaints and resolving issues
- Oversee inventory accuracy and assist with merchandising strategies in the showroom
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities in sales management
- Foster a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and communication
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 4 to 10 years of experience in sales management, particularly in big ticket retail
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a diverse team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Moderate physical demands; ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
