Are you a results-driven sales professional fluent in Japanese? We're looking for a Sales Manager to lead customer relationships, drive business growth, and serve as a key liaison between U.S. operations and ADTEC Japan.
Drive sales growth through strategic account management and customer engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Work closely with engineering teams to identify new business opportunities
Manage customer communications and support repair service coordination
Serve as the primary contact between U.S. operations and ADTEC Japan
Create project documentation, specifications, and meeting materials
Supervise and support a sales assistant while overseeing daily sales activities
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
Fluent Japanese language skills (required)
Experience in sales management and account management
Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
Experience coordinating technical support, repairs, or customer issue resolution
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Frequent local customer visits
Occasional domestic travel
International travel to Japan approximately once per year
Monday-Friday
