The company also has a variety of voluntary benefits for employees to choose from./ppCompensation $120,000 - $150,000 DOE/ppResponsibilities:/pulliDevelops and executes a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability/liliResponsible for the motivation, performance and development of the sales team/liliPrepares action plans for individuals and the team for effective search of sales leads and prospects/liliInitiates and coordinates action plans to penetrate new markets/liliAssists in the development and implementation of company-wide marketing plans as needed/liliDevelops and maintains relationships with all customers in the market area, utilizing the entire sales group and other team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction/liliProvides timely feedback to senior management regarding sales team performance, market analysis, competitor pricing and other market factors of impact/liliProvide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margins./liliMaintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by sales staff/liliPrepares and monitors annual sales budgets concerning anticipated volumes and pricing/liliPrepares annual sales team cost budgets and controls expenses to meet budget guidelines/liliAdheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics and ensures they are communicated and implemented within the team/liliProactively communicates and collaborates with other department managers within the division as required and appropriate/li/ulpEducation: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent preferred/ppRequirements/Qualifications:/pulli10+ years sales management experience, preferably in the construction materials industry/liliProven leadership and ability to drive sales teams/liliGood communication, motivation, persuasion and negotiation skills/liliStrategic thinking/liliFamiliar with methods to track sales performance and market trends/liliFamiliar with economic and accounting principles and practices/liliStrong analytical skills/liliStrong computer skills with MS Office products, i.e., Excel, Word and PowerPoint/liliExperience with formal presentations to executive staff members/liliTrack record of building successful, trustworthy and loyal relationships with customers/liliPreferred: Experience with large ERP system, SAP/liliFamiliarity with the local market/li/ulpConditions of Employment: Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
