Prior sales experience is preferred, but junior-level candidates may also be considered. B2B or wholesale sales experience is preferred. Food industry experience is a plus but is not required. Product knowledge can be learned after joining the company. Candidates should have an interest in Japanese food products and ingredients. Bilingual Japanese/English language skills are a plus but are not required. Candidates should be willing to support and develop existing customer accounts while also pursuing new business opportunities. Strong communication skills, reliability, a positive attitude, a solid work ethic, and a willingness to learn are important. A valid driver’s license is required, as the positions involve customer visits and occasional business travel. These are fully on-site positions. Remote work is not available. The regular work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We place significant importance on each candidate’s communication style, reliability, motivation, work ethic, and overall fit with the company.
