Primary Purpose: At ChemPoint, we focus on account management and retention of our valued customer base. This essential function is handled by a Sales Manager who is an integral part of a multi-disciplinary sales team. The Sales Manager responsibility is to develop, implement, and execute strategic plans to retain and grow global sales through leading and supporting a global sales team. This includes managing all aspects of the employee life cycle for Account Executives and Industry Representatives. This role defines and refines ChemPoint sales processes and sales roles, sets sales territories, and defines resource needs in collaboration with other Sales Managers to best meet and exceed supplier, customer, and internal expectations.
Where You'll Work: This is a hybrid role in Bellevue, WA or The Woodlands, TX.
Pay and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $113,920 $142,400 annually. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
