Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in promoting and selling cutting-edge technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, a deep understanding of the tech industry, and proven experience in managing and scaling sales teams to meet ambitious growth targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives and account executives.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  • Understand customer needs and present appropriate tech solutions.

  • Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Forecast sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior management.

  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to inform business strategy.

  • Participate in contract negotiations and ensure the successful closing of deals.

  • Implement sales training programs and tools to enhance team performance.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the tech industry, including 2+ years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud computing, software/hardware solutions, or IT services.

  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, startup or scale-up environment.

  • Technical background or ability to understand complex technical products.

  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to change.
