Whether you’re already managing people or just stepping into leadership, we provide everything you need: a 100% scripted sales process, inbound leads, and a 33% close ratio from set appointments.
You’ll be leading from the front—closing deals, building a team, and earning the rewards of your production.
Run virtual sales appointments using a step-by-step script
Manage your personal book of inbound leads
Recruit, train, and mentor new sales reps (optional but encouraged)
Help team members follow our proven system to drive their own success
Track progress, coach performance, and participate in leadership calls
Leadership or team-building mindset
Background in sales, team management, or customer service a plus
No license? No problem — we’ll help you get licensed
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using CRM and virtual tools to manage workflow
Fully remote work with control over your schedule
Commission-only compensation with monthly bonuses and overrides
Warm, inbound leads — no cold calling or prospecting
Average full-time income: $90,000–$150,000+ annually
