Liccardi Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an experienced, driven, and customer-focused Sales Manager to join our leadership team. - Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales consultants to consistently exceed sales goals.
- Drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales while maintaining strong gross profit.
- Manage daily sales operations, including desking deals and structuring transactions.
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and dealership objectives.
- Train and develop sales staff through ongoing coaching and performance management.
- Ensure a first-class customer experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery.
- Collaborate with the F&I department to maximize product penetration and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with manufacturer and dealership policies.
- Recruit and develop top sales talent.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of automotive sales management experience.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Proven ability to desk deals and manage inventory effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Track record of increasing sales volume and profitability.
- CDK/Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
