Waste Connections is looking for a Sales Manager at our location in Westborough, MA.


Manager our team of Territory Managers on all aspects of customer service including pro-active maintenance & retention, pricing & service integrity, managing Books of Business, maintaining & managing their loss budget and negotiating service agreements.

JOB DUTIES:


+ Assist Sales team in the field as needed.

+ Assist in new hire selection process, onboarding, and training.

+ Must demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills.


QUALIFICATIONS:


+ 2+ years outside sales/B2Bexperience preferred.

+ Waste industry experience preferred.

+ Experience with contract selling will be an asset.

+ Previous Sales supervision experience.

+ Computer literate - Salesforce experience is a plus!

+ Bachelor’s degree preferred.

+ Reliabletransportation &valid driver's license required- this position requires frequent driving.

+ Willingness and ability to relocate as career advances.
