This role offers the opportunity to play a direct role in shaping future growth.Job DescriptionOwn and grow a portfolio of strategic OEM and contract manufacturing customers across multiple industriesDrive profitable sales growth through a combination of account expansion and new business developmentBuild and strengthen relationships across customer organizations, including engineering, operations, procurement, and executive leadership teamsIdentify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts while uncovering whitespace opportunities in targeted marketsServe as the primary commercial lead throughout the sales process, from initial engagement through awarded business and program launchPartner closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to develop customer-specific solutions and support complex molding and assembly programsLead customer discussions around technical capabilities, manufacturing processes, program requirements, and long-term partnership opportunitiesNavigate sophisticated sales cycles involving custom-engineered products, tooling investments, and assembly-intensive solutionsResearch target markets, industry trends, and customer initiatives to identify future growth opportunitiesDevelop and present compelling business proposals and commercial strategies to prospective and existing customersMaintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and customer activity reportingRepresent the organization at customer sites, industry events, and key business meetings throughout North AmericaMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
