Role Description

This is a commission based role for a Sales Manager, based in the Dallas area. The Sales Manager will oversee and execute sales strategies to help meet company revenue goals, identify new business opportunities, and build lasting relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include managing and building the sales team, analyzing market trends, creating sales reports, and collaborating with marketing and content teams to align objectives and maximize performance. Proven experience in Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development

Strong strategic thinking, Goal Setting, and Problem-Solving skills

Experience with Market Research, Sales Analysis, and Reporting

Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills

Proficiency with CRM tools and familiarity with sales metrics tracking and analysis

Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and work collaboratively with internal teams

Background in media, advertising, or a related industry is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered
