We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Sales/Market Associates to join our team and help us share our products with the community at farmers markets, office lunches, and various events.

Job Description:
As a Sales/Market Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products directly to customers. You will engage with customers at farmers markets and during lunch events in offices, providing outstanding service and sharing the benefits of our delicious offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive to, set up and manage product displays at farmers markets and events.
• Actively engage with customers to promote and sell our products.
• Educate customers about our product offerings and their benefits.
• Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Must have an unexpired Driver’s License.  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for food and a desire to share that passion with others.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some evenings.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods carry products and equipment as needed.

·         Reliability: Must be Punctual and dependable

·         Food Handler’s Permit: Must obtain or possess a valid food safety certification (if required by local regulations).
