Steel Fabrication Business Development Representative (Remote)
Location: Remote (Must be based in Texas)
Schedule: Flexible Hours
Compensation: Up to $100,000/year + commissions/bonus structure
What You'll Do
As our Steel Fabrication Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities and building lasting relationships with clients in the structural steel industry.
Responsibilities include:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with steel fabricators and industry decision-makers.
- Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Work closely with our internal team to deliver exceptional service to new and existing clients.
- Travel throughout Texas to meet with clients and prospects as needed (travel expenses are reimbursed).
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in business development, outside sales, or account management.
- Existing relationships within the structural steel, miscellaneous metals, or PEMB industry.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience selling engineering, detailing, fabrication, or related construction services is highly preferred.
- Must be based in Texas and willing to travel statewide as needed. Travel expenses will be reimbursed.
