Key Responsibilities
- Sales Operations: Maintain data integrity of the CRM, follow-up with sales reps, help manage tasks, generate sales reports and dashboards.
- Marketing Support: Manage marketing material creation, social media posts, and website content. Assist with event and tradeshow logistics and planning.
- Proposal Support: Help coordinate proposal content and submissions, ensure procedures are followed and deadlines met.
- Team Liaison: Help prepare and maintain standard briefing materials. Ensure the accuracy and consistency of customer facing content. Serve as a liaison between Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Proposals.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in sales support, marketing administration, and/or business intelligence.
- Proven ability to positively influence others and follow through until tasks are complete.
- Excellent time management, adaptability, and communication skills.
- Highly organized and task management driven with a reputation for accuracy.
- Strong proficiency in a productivity suite (Google Workspace, MS Office) and experience understanding and supporting customer needs.
- U.S. Person status required (U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident) due to ITAR regulations.
- Comfortable working on-site in our Springville office (this is not a remote role).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting defense or aerospace sales.
- Business intelligence and analytics background.
- Proficient at creating marketing materials and campaigns.
- Familiarity with government contracting and capture management.
- Basic understanding of the DoD acquisition process.
- Experience with technical products (radar, electronics, or aerospace systems).
