The Contract Sales & Marketing Analyst will support commercial decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management through analysis, reporting, and actionable insights. This role will collaborate with the EVP of Sales & Marketing and the broader commercial team, delivering recurring reporting and high-priority ad hoc analysis to inform strategy and performance across the portfolio.
This position focuses on commercial analytics, including transient and group performance, pacing, STR analysis, budgeting and forecasting support, bonus file support, and customer/guest insight reporting.
The primary point of contact will be the Strategy & Analytics Manager and collaborate closely with Operations, field leaders, and external vendors to support commercial initiatives and performance optimization.
