Schedule: Monday–Friday (Onsite)
Compensation: $26.00–$28.00 per hour + Performance-Based Bonus
Travel: Approximately 15% domestic and international travel

This position combines sales coordination and customer account support with marketing and promotional activities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Account Support
- Support wholesale, retail, and direct import customer accounts.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide timely follow-up.
- Prepare quotations, presentations, product information, and customer proposals.
- Assist with sales reporting, forecasting, account analysis, and growth initiatives.
- Support customer meetings, product presentations, and promotional activities.
- Help achieve sales goals through exceptional customer service and account support.
- Create PowerPoint presentations, product sheets, and sales support materials.
- Assist with product promotions, marketing campaigns, and customer communications.
- Support new product launches by coordinating product information, images, packaging details, and marketing content.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Marketing teams to support branding and promotional initiatives.
- Assist with planning and execution of trade shows, customer events, and industry exhibitions.
- Coordinate logistics, travel arrangements, booth preparation, and event materials.
- Attend domestic and international trade shows as needed.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and sales opportunities generated from events.
Order & Product Coordination
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate records in ERP/OMS systems.
- Coordinate with warehouse, accounting, logistics, and overseas teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor order status, shipments, and customer requirements while resolving issues.
- Assist with new product setup and maintenance, including specifications, UPCs, packaging information, images, and product descriptions.
- Maintain organized customer files, sales records, and supporting documentation.
- 3+ years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, account management, customer service, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience with ERP, OMS, CRM, or similar business systems preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 15%).
- Experience in consumer products, wholesale distribution, retail, e-commerce, or the pet industry is a plus.
