Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the creation and production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, and promotional items.
• Manage social media accounts and assist in creating engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Manage inbound lead tracking and logging lead source information from sales conversions
• Assist with outbound prospecting campaigns and messaging
• Support the planning and execution of events, including trade shows and conferences
• Assist with trade show preparation, lead follow-up, and other business development initiatives.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, including metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
• Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in marketing and advertising.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, advertising, or related roles is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
