From collaborating & supporting across departments to engaging with fans and partners in the community, this position plays a key role in being the glue that helps our sales and marketing teams deliver exceptional experiences and results.Daily Tasks of a Sales and Marketing CoordinatorAssist with the creation and formatting of sales materials, media kits, presentations, and digital creativeSupport the execution of station contests, promotions, events, street teams, and remote broadcastsCoordinate logistics and communication related to partner campaigns, production sessions, and promotional initiativesSupport marketing and sales departments with campaign deliverables, pre- and post-sale reporting, and administrative processesRun routine reports for Marketing Consultants, including billing support, commercial schedules, and order confirmations in WideOrbitGather and distribute airchecks, video clips, social content, and other partner deliverables as requestedMaintain working knowledge of Salesforce and assist Marketing Consultants with reporting, tracking, and account supportAssist with updating presentations and marketing materials for prospective and current advertising partnersProvide sales and marketing administrative support, including sales order entry, copy trafficking, digital campaign coordination, Jira ticket coordination, invoicing support, and related paperworkPrepare and organize event and campaign recap materialsParticipate in marketing and sales brainstorm meetings and provide support for promotional initiativesUse research and AI tools to support team workflows and marketing effortsSupport coordination of promotional inventory, station materials, and event preparation as neededWork GKB Milwaukee signature events and community events when neededMaintain brand grid documentation and communicate deliverables, asset needs, timelines, and execution updates to internal teamsPerform additional duties and special projects as assignedBe a Good Karma Brands ambassador by adhering to GKB's core values: Listen, Be Honest, Work Hard, Over Deliver, Teamwork, and Follow ThroughPreferred Knowledge, Skills, and QualificationsPassion to be a part of a team and the ability to work independentlyProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Ability to lead brainstorm sessions and ideate marketing solutionsStrong attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlinesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced work environmentPersonal sense of responsibility and accountabilityFriendly, optimistic, and upbeat personalityAbility to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to accept and provide feedbackSolution-oriented/problem-solverWith this career, you are required to hold a valid driver's licenseHours/Salary/BenefitsPay Transparency: The salary for Milwaukee-based individuals applying for this role is $42,000 - $45,000. This is a non-exempt role with a competitive base salary and overtime eligible for hours worked over 40 per week. Actual compensation will be based on experience, skills, and performance expectations.This role is eligible for full benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, Life Insurance, STD, LTD, 401(k) Plan, Dependent Care, paid parental leave, and more with opportunities for salary growth increase with skills and responsibilities and meeting targeted goals.
