Sales, Marketing & Customer Service Administrative Assistant

Qualifications:

• Quick learner and team player
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and comfortable with multitasking
• Proficient in MS Office (ie: Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Tech-savvy; able to quickly learn marketing tools (social media, CRM, ERP)
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Accountability and commitment to generating results
• Automotive or power sports industry knowledge strongly preferred
• Customer service or sales support experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales Support:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media DMs
• Support dealers and customers with orders, shipping ETAs, availability, and product details
• Process orders, manage accounts, and perform data entry
• Provide basic technical support (training provided)
• Troubleshoot issues, escalate issues, and handle warranty claims
• Have a basic understanding of Automotive or Powersport Industries / mechanically inclined

Marketing & Administrative Support:

·         Create, schedule, and manage social media content and engagement

·         Communicate with sponsored drivers, influencers, and partners

·         Maintain website content, including products, descriptions, and banners

·         Perform reporting, data entry, and general administrative tasks

·         Support promotions, campaigns, and special projects as assigned

Additional Requirements:

• Full-time, on-site position in Norco, CA
• Flexibility for travel and occasional overtime
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
