Ihle Fabrications is a growing Central Iowa manufacturer of premium wear parts for combines and agricultural equipment. Founded by farmers in 2002, we manufacture American-made solutions that help farmers restore, protect, and repair their equipment.

We are looking for an experienced Sales, Marketing & Customer Success Manager to join our leadership team and help drive the next stage of Ihle's growth.

The Opportunity

This position is a key member of the company leadership team with responsibility for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

We're looking for a hands-on leader who can develop strategy, lead and develop people, build strong customer and dealer relationships, and turn market opportunities into measurable results. This person will also represent the voice of the customer within our leadership team and help shape broader company strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to company strategy, planning, and decision-making.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue, market penetration, and customer retention.
• Build and strengthen relationships with growers, dealers, distributors, OEM partners, and strategic accounts.
• Establish sales goals, forecasts, pipelines, KPIs, and accountability for results.
• Lead marketing strategy, including digital, email, social media, website, print, promotions, and industry events.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through post-sale support.
• Establish customer success standards and processes for responsiveness, issue resolution, follow-up, and retention.
• Capture customer and dealer feedback and bring those insights into company and product decisions.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, and other leaders to identify new products, markets, and growth opportunities.
• Lead go-to-market efforts for new products and strategic initiatives.
• Represent Ihle at customer meetings, dealer events, trade shows, and other industry events.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, customer success, business development, or commercial leadership.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing teams.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and build lasting customer relationships.
• Strong business judgment with the ability to contribute at the company leadership level.
• Experience with sales forecasting, pipelines, KPIs, budgeting, and performance management.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits, dealer meetings, and industry events.
• Ability to work primarily on-site in Polk City, Iowa.

Preferred Experience

Experience in agriculture, agricultural equipment, aftermarket parts, manufacturing, dealer networks, OEM relationships, or e-commerce is strongly preferred.

Firsthand familiarity with farming, combines, harvesting equipment, or agricultural equipment repair is a significant plus.
