The OpportunityEvidenceCare is looking for a Sales & Marketing Director who can own both sides of the commercial engine: generating and accelerating new business pipeline while keeping our marketing efforts organized, on‑brand, and moving.This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales and marketing, equally comfortable running outbound campaigns and conference strategy as they are coordinating agency deliverables, managing content calendars, and building sales enablement materials. You're a closer, a coordinator, and a connector.Based in our Nashville office, you'll partner closely with EvidenceCare leadership, an external marketing agency, Regional Sales Executives, our CMO, and our CEO to consistently deliver a $500,000 monthly pipeline target while ensuring the marketing function runs like clockwork.Roles & ResponsibilitiesSales & Pipeline GenerationDevelop and execute outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) to generate qualified opportunitiesConduct discovery calls and qualification meetings to convert leads into pipelineOwn end-to-end conference planning: target selection, attendee outreach, meeting scheduling, and onsite coordinationPartner with leadership to maximize conference ROI and secure high‑value meetings with healthcare executivesMaintain awareness of healthcare industry trends, challenges, and health system prioritiesCRM & Sales OperationsOwn Salesforce administration including pipeline tracking, reporting, and data integrityContinuously optimize sales processes, workflows, and reporting dashboardsUtilize AI tools to scale recurring sales processes and delivery outputsMarketing Coordination & Agency ManagementServe as the day‑to‑day internal point of contact for our external marketing agencyOrganize priorities, gather feedback, track deliverables, and keep projects on timeCoordinate internal approvals and ensure the agency has what it needs to execute wellHelp manage incoming marketing requests from across the organizationSales Enablement & ContentSupport updates to core sales assets: one‑pagers, decks, proof points, and customer‑facing materialsPartner with marketing to design and execute demand generation campaignsCollaborate on the development of value‑proposition assets for EvidenceCare productsSupport packaging and distribution of content across email, social, website, and other channelsHelp draft, edit, format, or route marketing copy for reviewEvents, Logistics & Promotional SupportAssist with conference and event preparation: asset coordination, shipping, swag, registration, and follow‑upKeep event timelines, checklists, and internal owners organizedCoordinate promotional materials and milestone gifting for clients, prospects, and internal initiativesSupport logistics for webinars, speaking opportunities, advisory groups, and other marketing‑related eventsCustomer Proof & Marketing AdministrationHelp maintain customer reference information, permissions, quotes, stories, and proof pointsTrack case study opportunities, logo usage approvals, and other advocacy‑related detailsSupport analyst forms, award submissions, list management, calendar tracking, and recurring marketing tasksAssist with reporting prep and other administrative follow‑throughRequirementsExperience in sales, business development, or inside sales in a B2B environmentStrong communication, prospecting, and networking skillsAbility to communicate effectively with healthcare C‑level executives on industry challenges and how EvidenceCare's tools create valueExperience managing conference strategy and/or eventsExperience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities without losing qualityProactive, resourceful, dependable, and self‑motivated with strong follow‑throughComfortable utilizing AI tools (ChatGPT / Claude) to scale processes and outputNice to HavesB2B SaaS or healthcare marketing experienceAgency coordination or project management backgroundHubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM familiarityCanva, PowerPoint, or light design skillsWebsite or CMS editing experienceStrong comfort with spreadsheets and organization toolsBenefitsCompetitive salary, annual bonus, and stock option opportunitiesUnlimited PTOHealth, dental, vision, and life insurance401k planA fun, tight‑knit team that celebrates wins and life togetherProfessional development through conferences and online coursesEvidenceCare is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in its workforce.
