Position Overview

The Sales and Marketing Manager plays a key role in driving revenue growth, increasing brand awareness, and developing strategic partnerships within the community. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and creating marketing initiatives that generate measurable results.

Working alongside local leadership, you will lead business development efforts, support marketing campaigns, and represent zTrip throughout the community to help expand our customer base and market presence.

Key Responsibilities of a Sales and Marketing Manager:

Sales & Business Growth

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase ridership and revenue
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, healthcare providers, hotels, and community leaders
  • Generate leads, manage opportunities, and track activity through CRM platforms
  • Conduct sales presentations, client meetings, and partnership consultations
  • Follow up on prospective accounts and nurture long-term business relationships
  • Develop strategic partnerships that support continued market growth

Marketing & Brand Awareness

  • Plan and execute local marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer engagement

  • Serve as a professional representative and ambassador for zTrip throughout the Nashville community

  • Represent zTrip within Chambers of Commerce, professional associations, and community groups

Qualifications of a Sales and Marketing Manager:
