Job Opportunity: Findlay, Ohio

Our client is looking for a Sales/Marketing Representative to join their team. Our client is a provider of asphalt, road-building, mineral, and distribution services and has grown to be a leader in the aggregates and industrial mineral business.

The Sales/Marketing Representative will be responsible for developing/maintaining personal relationships with customers within their assigned territory.

Successful candidates must be result and customer oriented, assertive, resourceful, well-organized, a team player and have good communication skills.



Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of industry experience required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, assertive, and results-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing as a collaborative team member.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales tracking software preferred.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities/Duties:
- Initiate contact with new customers and must be an outstanding relationship builder.
- Spend an abundant amount of time in the field developing/maintaining personal relationships with customers.
- Manage all sales and marketing activities for assigned aggregate product territories and plant locations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular visits, communication, and service support.
- Conduct customer meetings, jobsite visits, and presentations to promote products and services.
- Prepare sales forecasts, market analysis, pricing recommendations, and sales reports.
- Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely product delivery.
