Sales & Marketing Revenue Analyst
Location:Carlsbad, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Salary:$90,000–$110,000/year​

Overview:
We are seeking a data-driven Sales & Marketing Revenue Analyst to collaborate with cross-functional teams, define KPIs, develop analytical models, and support strategic decision-making. This role reports to the VP of Sales & Marketing and focuses on optimizing revenue performance and marketing ROI.​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor revenue KPIs, dashboards, and forecasts using Power BI and CRM tools.

  • Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with leadership to support budgeting, pricing strategies, and performance evaluations.

  • Ensure data integrity across CRM systems and support technological integrations.

  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic initiatives.​​



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics or data science roles.

  • Proficiency in MS Dynamics, Power BI, CRM systems, and statistical analysis tools.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.

  • Experience in revenue management and marketing analytics is a plus
