Average Hours: Average 40 hrs +/ week
Starting Wage: Monthly Draw (amount TBD based on candidate knowledge & Experience) while in training period *approximately 6-12 months. After training period, pay structure goes to Commission (15-20% sales GP$) versus draw.

PC Home Center is looking for experienced salesperson across a broad product offering of millwork, windows, and doors.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting for new business opportunities and generating new sales leads
- Develops relationships with existing and potential customers. Ensuring completion of plan take-offs, bids and quotes, answering questions and solving problems
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with contractor customers
- · Researching and implementing ways to improve quality and productivity
- Prepares and presents accurate sales proposals and quotes
- Provide customers with knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt service at all times.
- Research and provide accurate information to customers regarding proper materials and prices as well as technical information regarding application and specifications
- Performs job-site visits
- Ensures all projects generate appropriate profit margins
- Coordinates all deliveries and credit pick-ups with dispatcher
- Attends activities and functions as a representative of company
- Develops process to track progress of customer's projects
- Read, interpret and complete takeoffs from blueprints.
- Review new and upcoming product information and inform customers of changes (product offering, pricing, assembly options, installation methods, etc.)
Qualifications:
- 1 - 2 years' experience in door & window sales, new construction and residential
- Knowledge of building materials, building process, and local building codes
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
