Sales Negotiator – Auction Department

Role Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic property professional to join a fast-paced and rewarding auction department. Working from the Clifton office, you will play a key role in supporting buyers and sellers throughout the auction process, conducting viewings, negotiating sales and building strong relationships with investors and property professionals.
With no weekend working, ongoing training and genuine career progression opportunities, this role is ideal for someone looking to further their property career within a specialist and market-leading environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling buyer and seller enquiries in a professional and efficient manner
- Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to clients
- Assisting with the preparation and marketing of auction property particulars
- Supporting negotiations both prior to and following auction sales
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with investors, developers and other property professionals
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the auction process
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Assisting in the growth and development of the auction department
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure successful auction outcomes
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous estate agency or property experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, professional and personable approach
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Proactive, self-motivated and target-driven attitude
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for property
Package and Benefits
- Up to £30,000 basic salary depending on experience with OTE of £38,000
- Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 6:00pm
- No weekend working
- Full-time, permanent position
