Sales Operations Administrative Coordinator

Location: Amarillo, TX
Pay: $16/hour
Schedule: Full-time

What a day looks like

You start your morning reviewing the previous day’s sales activity and updating calendars so the team is aligned. You jump into the M2M system to add new customer records and clean up existing profiles. A call rolls over to your line—you greet the customer and route the inquiry. Between calls, you log warranty data, customer complaints, NCMRs, and returns with precision. After lunch, you reconcile warehouse inventory records, prepare pieces of the monthly report (drives sold, shipments, cancellations, backlog), and scan and file sales orders so everything is audit-ready. Before you wrap up, you drop outgoing mail, sort incoming mail, and assist leadership—the President, Director of Sales, and Business Development—with a short-turn special project.

Your core contributions

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Sales and Office teams
  • Accurately enter and maintain data for warranties, customer complaints, NCMRs, and returns
  • Keep warehouse inventory documentation current and organized
  • Assist with monthly reporting: drives sold, shipments, cancellations, and backlog
  • Answer incoming calls and support phone rollover coverage
  • Update calendars and coordinate mailouts
  • Create and maintain customer records, including new entries in the M2M system
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Scan, file, and organize sales orders and related documents
  • Partner with senior leadership on special projects
  • Handle additional duties as assigned

What you bring
