Job Summary:
This role supports sales operations by leveraging strong data analysis skills to optimize processes. You will be responsible for generating key reports and dashboards to drive informed decision-making within the sales team. The position requires a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain sales reports and dashboards.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and insights.
Troubleshoot and improve sales processes.
Provide data-driven recommendations to sales leadership.
Manage and optimize sales data within the CRM.
Must-Have Skills:Advanced Excel proficiency
Salesforce administration experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Industry Experience:Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is highly preferred for this role.
