Sales Operations Analyst II, Amazon Shipping

Sales Operations plays a critical role in enabling this growth by turning commercial priorities into scalable mechanisms, actionable insights, and measurable outcomes. Amazon Shipping is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst II to support our growing Commercial organization.

In this role, you will partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Product, and other teams to improve pipeline visibility, maintain CRM data quality, develop reporting and analytics, and support core sales operating rhythms. You will analyze sales performance, pipeline health, seller productivity, account coverage, and conversion while identifying opportunities to simplify processes and build scalable mechanisms that help our sales organization operate more effectively.

Key job responsibilities

• Develop and maintain analytical mechanisms that provide visibility into pipeline health, sales performance, conversion, productivity, and key business metrics.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, gaps, anomalies, and opportunities, translating findings into actionable recommendations for Sales and Revenue Operations leadership.
• Support pipeline governance mechanisms, including opportunity hygiene, aging, activity, stage progression, close-date accuracy, and other indicators of pipeline quality.
• Maintain and improve Salesforce data quality through recurring audits, exception reporting, data validation, and partnership with sales teams to resolve defects.
• Support account and territory management processes, including account assignment, ownership changes, segmentation, coverage analysis, and book-of-business governance.
• Build recurring and ad hoc analyses to support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews and sales leadership decision-making.
• Partner with Sales Operations leaders and sales leaders to define metrics, establish targets, and develop mechanisms to track progress against business objectives.
• Identify manual or inefficient processes and develop scalable solutions through automation, improved reporting, and process simplification.
• Partner with technical and business teams to translate operational requirements into enhancements for Salesforce, BI tools, and other sales technology.
