Sales Operations Analyst
Location: Miami, FL
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire | 3/2 Hybrid Schedule
 
TempExperts is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to support sales performance through reporting, forecasting, customer support, and operational coordination. This role serves as a key link between sales, customer service, operations, logistics, and internal business partners to help ensure orders are processed efficiently, customer needs are met, and sales objectives are achieved. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and follow-through are essential. Hybrid candidates must be able to work 3 days a week in the Miami, FL office. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze sales data, open orders, and forecasting reports to support business planning and sales performance.
  • Monitor order activity and assist with tracking shipments, delivery schedules, and order completion.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to help resolve order, inventory, pricing, and delivery issues.
  • Prepare and maintain reports related to sales activity, order status, customer trends, and operational performance.
  • Support sales initiatives by assisting with customer quotes, pricing requests, promotions, and product launches.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and order status.
  • Assist with customer account setup, order processing, and ongoing account support.
  • Monitor inventory availability and communicate product status to internal teams and customers.
  • Identify potential order delays or process improvements and escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate records within ERP, CRM, and other business systems.
  • Assist with sales presentations, reporting, and other projects that support business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • One to three years of experience in sales operations, sales support, customer service, business analysis, supply chain, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or other business management systems preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple departments.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
