Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is hiring a full-time, project-based professional to support a leading client in Ashburn, VA.
Picture your morning: you review overnight orders, verify details, and clear up anything that needs attention. The phone rings—it's a customer with a quick question about a quote. You resolve the issue, update the RMA, and log the interaction so the team has the latest info. Before lunch, you and your Regional Manager align on priorities for the territory—who needs a follow-up on a recent proposal, which accounts are ripe for growth, and what reports will help guide the next move. The afternoon is a rhythm of email responses, database updates, and post-sale check-ins that build stronger relationships and fuel revenue.
What you'll do
- Enter, validate, and monitor customer orders with accuracy.
- Respond to customer phone calls and emails with timely, clear support.
- Create and manage quotes, resolve issues, and update RMA records.
- Follow up on quotes and post-sale activities to ensure satisfaction and momentum.
- Run assigned reports to inform decisions and track progress.
- Partner with a designated Regional Manager to nurture accounts within a territory and drive sales growth.
- Engage daily with the Regional Manager to plan workflow, tasks, and priorities.
- Keep customer, account, and opportunity details current across relevant databases.
- Contribute to a positive, productive team environment.
- Take on other duties as assigned.
What you bring
- At least 1 year of sales experience.
- An Associate's degree in a related field.
- Proficiency in:
- Customer Service
- Territory Sales
- Outside Sales
- Comfort keeping records up to date in databases and CRMs, and communicating professionally via phone and email.
