Farmers Insurance Iowa (District 30) is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate to support agency growth through lead management, sales process coordination, and client engagement.


This is not a back-office data entry role. This position plays a direct role in driving new business growth by supporting producers, managing pipeline activity, improving follow-up systems, and helping convert opportunities into revenue.

Responsibilities

Manage and track inbound and outbound sales leads


Coordinate follow-up activity for new business opportunities


Support quoting processes for personal and commercial insurance


Maintain CRM systems and sales pipeline accuracy


Assist with cross-selling campaigns and retention outreach


Help implement marketing initiatives to generate new business


Prepare reports to track sales performance and activity


Support licensed agents with operational sales tasks


Requirements

Strong organizational and follow-up skills


Comfortable working in a sales-driven environment


Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities


Excellent communication skills (phone, email, in-person)


Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability


Prior sales, insurance, or CRM experience preferred
