Careerscape is recruiting on behalf of our client, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, for a Sales Coordinator to join their revenue team on a fully remote basis. This is a great entry point into sales operations for someone who is detail-oriented, loves clean data, and wants a front-row seat to how a modern SaaS sales org runs. You will keep the CRM accurate, help build the reports leadership relies on, and give the sales team the support they need to move deals forward.
Day to day, you will spend time inside the CRM cleaning up records, updating pipeline stages, and pulling together reports and dashboards that give managers a clear view of performance. You will field requests from account executives, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and help document processes as the team scales. People who thrive in this role are naturally organized, comfortable with spreadsheets and CRM tools, curious about how sales teams operate, and energized by making systems and workflows run more smoothly for everyone around them.
