LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing, high-end distribution company in Nashville, TN to hire a Sales Coordinator. This organization specializes in premium, high-value products and is looking to add a detail-oriented professional to support both their sales and operations teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep orders moving, stay organized, and play a key role in supporting a collaborative, fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary support partner to the sales team, managing the full order lifecycle from handoff through delivery

  • Track and manage incoming orders, ensuring accuracy with pricing, terms, and inventory availability

  • Maintain visibility into product inventory, lead times, and incoming shipments to support sales forecasting

  • Act as a liaison between sales, operations, vendors, and customers to provide timely updates on order status

  • Generate and distribute pricing sheets, dealer tier information, and customer-specific quotes

  • Prepare invoices, monitor accounts receivable, and follow up on past-due payments

  • Communicate directly with customers to provide order updates and resolve questions

  • Utilize Excel and QuickBooks to track data, support reporting, and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales support, order management, administrative, or operations roles

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through

  • Comfortable working with data and problem-solving to find information independently

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; experience with QuickBooks is a plus

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and customers

Pay Details: $57,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
