Overview Chesapeake, VA • Full-time, $95,000-$120,000. Our Sales Operations & Executive Support position serves a critical dual-function role supporting both the Sales Operations and the President of the company. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who can manage competing priorities, has a strong sales foundation, and who can help drive organizational efficiency all while providing high-level executive support to the President. In this role you will be visible, your impact will be measurable, and your contributions will drive results that impact the entire company.What you'll do You'll sit at the intersection of two of the most strategically important functions in our organization – driving performance accountability across the sales engine and enabling the President to lead with maximum effectiveness.
