Benco Dental is searching for a Sales Operations Intern for the Spring 2027 semester.

Do YOU Possess These Skills and Attributes?

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Time management and the ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and problem solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects

Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?

• Work with regional sales assistants to create Sunshine Act reporting for eligible expenses
• Distribute sales performance and goal tracking using QlikSense and CRM
• Attend team meetings and proactively work with the team to problem solve
• Assist with the creation of content for sales operations meetings and regional sales meeting using PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams
• Assist with the onboarding of new hires by ordering business cards, sending new-hire literature and coordinating a relationship with success partners
• Organize and distribute quarterly scorecards to members of sales leadership
• Cover the front desk, as needed, and greet customers/vendors/associates professionally

• Must be currently enrolled at time of internship in an undergraduate or graduate program
• Ability to work up to 15 hours per week
