CEFCU member service team members are critical to the success of the credit union. They provide a professional, knowledgeable, and caring experience when members contact us. We are looking for individuals who are personable, articulate, and positive to add to our already awesome team!
Ensures appropriate utilization of the frontline resources, overseeing frontline operations and administration to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Contributes to the achievement of Corporate and Member Center goals. Assists the Member Center Manager by utilizing strong leadership and coaching skills to create a proactive sales environment to achieve Corporate and Member Center goals. Collaborates with the Member Center Manager to develop business plans, budgets, and processes with an emphasis on net growth, member experience, and acquisition of new business while controlling operating expenses. Uses analytical skills to make business decisions which manage risks, resolve problems, and reduce member irritants. Participates in building and maintaining a strong community image acting as a steward while leveraging relationships to develop new business. Oversees all Member Center operations in the absence of the Member Center Manager by administering the human, financial, and operational resources of a branch and having overall accountability for business unit results.
Provides the highest quality member experience, for both internal and external members. Accountable for supporting member experience initiatives, goals, and training.
