The Sales Operations Manager is a member of the sales team. This position involves a combination of analytical, operational, and strategic responsibilities to drive the overall success of the sales organization. This role calls for an individual with initiative, ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to manage multiple, complex tasks. An effective Sales Operations Manager will manage and enhance the sales processes, is tech savvy, has excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with distinctive organizational, collaboration, client service skills and provide strategic support.
