Sales & Operations Manager
T3 Performance was founded in 2009 and has since grown into one of the leading youth sports companies in the Midwest. T3 offers a variety of youth sports services ranging from performance and sports skills training to club teams and tournaments. T3 took on an investment in 2024 to help with its rapid expansion plans beyond its three locations in northeastern Ohio to other midwestern cities. T3 Performance is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Sales & Operations Manager to lead our Lorain facility. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building community partnerships, and creating exceptional experiences for athletes and families. While the position includes oversight of facility operations, the primary focus is growing the business. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, generating new opportunities, and connecting people with programs that help athletes reach their potential. This position is ideal for someone who wants the opportunity to directly impact their earnings through performance-based incentives while growing into a larger leadership role within a rapidly expanding organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth across training programs, sport skill coaching, facility rentals, camps, clinics, and sponsorships.
- Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with schools, coaches, club organizations, and community partners.
- Generate facility rental business from teams, leagues, camps, and events.
- Represent T3 at community events and networking opportunities.
- Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and achieve growth goals.
Operations & Leadership
- Oversee daily facility operations and customer experience.
- Lead and support front desk and facility staff.
- Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and professionally maintained.
- Manage staffing schedules and operational coverage.
- Resolve customer concerns and uphold T3 standards.
Performance & Accountability
- Own facility revenue, membership, rental, and partnership goals.
- Track sales activity, lead conversion, and key facility metrics.
- Provide updates and growth recommendations to senior leadership.
- Foster a positive culture aligned with the T3 Way.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, fitness, sports, hospitality, or a related field.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
