This role applies Opportunity to Order (O2O) understanding of specific knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of complex and varied tasks. This role will operate under supervision of Sales Operations Manager but will also perform tasks independently in areas of quote creation, proposal generation, order packet validation, process and tools, global policies, pricing agreements, sales forecasting, and tracking. Established procedures will be followed on all routine work but may require supervisory guidance on process changes and new assignments. Responsibilities Specific responsibilities and deliverables associated with the role are shown below.Works closely with direct Sales Account Orchestrators, Inside Product Specialists, Academic team in the selling process to create, revise, submit and track quotes/orders through order completion.Monitors Dashboards for RFQ, Request for Quote, providing quotes in a timely and efficient manner.Provides support via RFC, Request for Contracts, for contract documents through Icertis system.Provides order documentation for Tax status via Avalera CertCapture.Provides order documentation for DAMEX as needed for Export.Monitors Pipeline for Payer numbers and Credit Increase Requests, individually and at EOQ.Understands company processes and policies as related to Sales process.Flexibility to work long hours at quarter-end, in backup role, or as requested by management.May need to understand Business Objects customer database At times understand key customer discounting and product rightsPreferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and ExperienceFollowing knowledge/skills, education, and experiences are preferred to be considered for this position.Typically requires 3-4 years' experience in Sales Operations or Opportunity to Order role.University degree preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experienced in use of standard Microsoft office tools.Preferred experience with Salesforce.com.Able to manage individual workload, work efficiently and meet deadlinesResults oriented, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple objectives or projectsUnderstanding of Sales processes (sales cycles; accounts, territory, opportunity, pipeline management)Remote work environment acceptable.
