Job Overview
Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, the Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for timely processing of all sales order activity, including timely transfer and allocation of inventory to support daily billing activities. As well as timely processing of all sales order adjustments received via internal or external customer requests.
This position will work closely with sales agents, end customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely revenue recognition and accurate accounting of saleable inventory on an ongoing basis.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
Responsible for sales order lifecycle management for all orders activity (US/OUS and Core/PSI).
Conducts daily review of order-to-cash pipeline to ensure that kit-level inventory is properly transacted, and all salable component-level inventory is allocated prior to purchase order application.
Resolves all billing and delivery block issues related to pricing and batch discrepancies.
Continuous reconciliation of surgical case to case billing activity.
Processes all sales order adjustments resulting from internal and external sales order/invoice disputes.
Provides periodic reporting of area activity to ensure adequate visibility.
Supports critical period-end sales and field inventory activities.
Provides guidance to internal teams on resolving inventory variances.
Participates in User Acceptance Testing for system enhancements, as requested.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience (Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service and/or Hospital
Ability to approach end customer and sales agent requests in a proactive and consultative manner.
Self-motivated; can work with minimal supervision remotely traveling to key customers.
Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred
High aptitude for problem solving and troubleshooting
Exhibits professionalism, particularly when working cross-functionally
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient with Microsoft systems (Excel and PowerPoint specifically)

This is a full-time position with typical business hours. Occasional remote work may be allowed.
