Description

The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Sales Operations Specialist for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Foster City, CA.  Details for the position are as follows:
 
Sales Operations Specialist

Location: Not Specified
Pay Rate: $45.33/hr
Duration: 6 Months

Job Description

  • Provide operational support across Fleet Operations, Sample Operations, Field Enablement, and Licensing/Credentialing.
  • Manage vehicle orders, transfers, disposals, registrations, driver records, and fleet status tracking with suppliers.
  • Audit fleet data, identify discrepancies, and generate fleet reports, dashboards, metrics, and sustainability reporting.
  • Coordinate sample training verification, inventory reconciliation, audit preparation, CRM account updates, and practitioner authorization changes.
  • Triage field inquiries related to sample ordering, storage, accountability, and compliance.
  • Support investigations involving sample discrepancies, loss/theft reports, and regulatory or internal audit requests.
  • Review exhibit and sponsorship escalations for required documentation, policy alignment, dates, costs, and lead times.
  • Track event attestations and support compliance closure for missing or late submissions.
  • Support jurisdictional licensing and credentialing submissions and renewals.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Equivalent pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry experience may be considered.

Required Skills

  • 6+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience, including internships.
  • Field Sales or Commercial Operations experience.
  • Fleet Operations and vehicle administration experience.
  • Sample Operations, sample accountability, and inventory reconciliation.
  • CRM account maintenance and practitioner authorization processes.
  • Regulatory/audit documentation support.
  • Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
