Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Contract
Compensation:
Pay Range:$32.31-$41.98 Per Hr
Description
This full-time position in the Sales Operations discipline specializes in supporting operations within a healthcare setting, located in the Los Angeles, CA region.
The role requires hybrid work arrangements and involves managing sales processes, data entry, and compliance activities using generic technology tools.
Requirements
Experience with a generic CRM system.
Medicare experience.
Strong data entry and application processing skills.
Experience in validating eligibility, enrollment, member, or PCP information.
Healthcare or managed care experience preferred.
Ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven tasks accurately.
Proficient in generic spreadsheet and office software.
Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
4 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare operations.
Experience in contract management.
Exposure to sales or marketing compliance.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Knowledge of healthcare products or sales.
Familiarity with Medicare and senior market.
