BrightStar Care of Plano / North Dallas is hiring a motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our team in an entry-level, office-based sales support role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working on the phone, staying organized on the computer, and being part of a fast-moving team.


About the Role


This is a high-activity, inside role where you’ll spend most of your day:
  • Communicating by phone and email
  • Managing information in our systems
  • Supporting our outside sales and clinical teams
You’ll play a key role in helping us respond quickly to new patient referrals and support our growth across North Texas.


This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build skills in sales, healthcare, and business operations.


What You’ll Do


Sales & Referral Support (Primary Focus)
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries from referral partners
  • Follow up on referrals and coordinate next steps
  • Enter and track information in our CRM and systems
  • Communicate with internal teams (clinical, operations, leadership)
  • Help ensure fast, professional response times
Administrative & Marketing Support
  • Send emails, newsletters, and updates to referral partners
  • Help organize marketing materials and outreach lists
  • Assist with basic social media and communication tasks
  • Support scheduling and coordination efforts
Day-to-Day Expectations
  • Heavy phone and computer use throughout the day
  • Fast-paced environment with multiple tasks at once
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through required
What We’re Looking For


We’re looking for someone who is:
  • Friendly, professional, and comfortable on the phone
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Reliable and responsive
  • Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office
  • Able to handle a fast-paced, structured environment
Preferred (Not Required)
  • Bachelor’s degree or working toward one
  • Experience in customer service, call centers, admin, or sales support
  • Healthcare experience is a bonus
