Job Summary: This role is crucial for supporting sales operations and deal desk functions through system integration and data oversight. The position involves managing data migration projects, ensuring forecast accuracy, and streamlining processes with AI technologies. You will also provide essential support to sales teams and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead system migration projects for international renewal processes.
- Audit and cleanse open opportunities in Salesforce for improved forecast accuracy.
- Execute data gathering, scrubbing, and SKU mapping for product migrations.
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents to optimize order form processes.
- Assist with compliance, contract management, and customer success initiatives.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce administration and reporting.
- Experience with data analysis, cleansing, and migration.
- Ability to manage projects and collaborate across departments.
Domain / Industry Experience: Experience in sales operations, deal desk, or revenue-related roles is preferred.
