Title: Sales & Operations Support Specialist
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Location: Ronkonkoma, NY
Compensation: $60,000  – $70,000 per year (based on experience)

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Sales Operations Specialist to join our team.
This is a long-term opportunity with room for growth within the organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and committed to providing strong support to both the sales team and front office operations (no sales involved).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
 
  • Assist the sales team with quotes, including quote entry, follow-up, and order processing

  • Support inside sales with administrative tasks and data entry

  • Provide prompt, professional customer service to clients

  • Maintain accurate product and pricing information within the ERP system

  • Communicate with vendors and customers to ensure smooth and timely transactions

  • Ensure order accuracy and assist with issue resolution as needed

  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, and order processing required

What We're Looking For:
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems

  • Prior experience in fasteners and distribution required

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently while also functioning as part of a team

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
