Title: Sales Ops Support Analyst
Location: 100% Remote PST
Duration: 12 Months, with possibility to extend another 12 months
Job Description
Looking for 3+ Years of experience
Experience in handling client tickets from Sales Ops team, including tickets on Sales Cloud CRM functionality, Data Loading, Account Merging, Access Issues, Territory Mapping and new data loads, documentation updates (SOPs and Runbooks)
Primary Skills/Must-Have:
Strong & Clear communication skills - Will be interacting directly with client business users
Sales Ops support, understanding of Sales Ops processes
Sales Cloud
Knowledge of Salesforce Case Management and Service Now
Ticket Triage, Problem Solving
