Location: Irvine, CA

Pay Rate: Pay Rate: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of customer service, account management, order processing, or administrative experience
  • High-volume order processing experience required
  • SAP Sales Management experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet applications
  • Experience with FedEx, freight logistics, bills of lading, commercial invoices, and shipping documentation
  • Accurate 10-key by touch and minimum typing speed of 65 WPM
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime and holidays as needed
  • College degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered

Job Duties

  • Support Regional Account Managers with daily order processing activities
  • Process and confirm customer purchase orders using SAP
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and order status
  • Provide shipping updates, tracking information, proof of delivery, and order confirmations
  • Review purchase orders for correct pricing, part numbers, and product information
  • Generate shipping labels, bills of lading, and commercial invoices
  • Coordinate with freight carriers to obtain competitive shipping rates
  • Process and audit invoices and maintain electronic filing records
  • Research and resolve order discrepancies, shortages, backorders, and returns
  • Prepare shipping documentation for warehouse personnel to ensure timely shipments
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and freight carriers
  • Educate customers on returns, freight claims, and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records of product updates, pricing, and order history
  • Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned
