We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a sharp, self-driven Sales Performance & Conversion Specialist who thrives on autonomy, loves closing deals on the phone, and takes pride in tracking their own success data.
Position Overview
This is not a passive receptionist job. This is a high-impact, dual-role position combining consultative relationship sales with agile daily dispatch coordination.
You will own the sales pipeline—taking inbound warm leads and driving them through the conversion funnel from one-time cleans to long-term, recurring weekly or bi-weekly services. We don't micromanage. We are looking for a disciplined professional who loves talking to people, is relentless with follow-ups, and is obsessed with hitting numbers.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Conversion & Follow-Up: Respond rapidly to warm inbound residential and commercial leads via phone and text. Listen actively, build immediate trust, and consultatively close the sale.
- The Fortune is in the Follow-Up: Proactively manage the sales pipeline. Reach out to one-time clients and follow up diligently with pending estimates to convert them into high-value recurring accounts.
- KPI & Analytics Tracking: Track and report daily sales metrics (e.g., number of leads received, one-time conversion rates, and recurring service conversion percentages). If it isn’t tracked, it didn't happen.
- Operational Multi-Tasking & Dispatch: Seamlessly balance incoming sales calls while managing field logistics. You will communicate with our field cleaning teams via text and phone to optimize daily schedules, handle real-time field routing changes, and ensure flawless service delivery.
What We Are Looking For
- 3–5 Years of Proven Sales Experience: Extensive experience in inside sales, account management, consultative sales, or relationship selling. Experience in service industries is a massive plus.
- Elite Phone Presence: You have a warm, professional, energetic personality on the phone. You know how to build fast psychological safety with clients who are letting strangers into their homes.
- Data-Driven Mindset: You understand the importance of metrics. You are excited to track your conversion data because you know it directly correlates to your paycheck.
- The Ultimate Multi-Tasker: You can smoothly navigate a ringing phone, an open text thread with a customer, and a dispatch adjustment for a field team without dropping the ball.
- Self-Driven Independence: You hate being micromanaged—and we hate micromanaging. You look at the board, see the gaps, make the calls, and drive results on your own initiative.
Compensation & Commission Structure
We believe top performers should be highly compensated. We provide a stable hourly foundation paired with an aggressive commission structure that rewards long-term account value.
- Competitive Base Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience).
- Uncapped Tiered Commission: Earn bonuses on every single job closed, with commission rates scaling up significantly for recurring contracts (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, and Monthly services).

Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of successful sales or high-volume customer success experience.
- Excellent digital literacy (experience with CRM platforms, SMS communication, and scheduling software).
- Deep familiarity with the Northwest Houston / Cypress area to assist with geographical team routing.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
