Qualifications
Degree in International Business Logistics or similar university degree
Fluent oral and written English is necessary
Knowledge of the SAP tool logistics module and office pack
Good ability in negotiation and stress management
Responsibilities
Act as primary customer contact ensuring satisfaction by providing first-level support for inquiries and issues.
Plan and schedule production across multiple complex lines to meet customer requirements while optimizing inventory and costs.
Coordinate material flow including ordering components, managing critical parts, and overseeing material changes to ensure production readiness.
Maintain and update documentation for established processes, production schedules, inventory records, and shipment organization.
Interface with cross-functional departments to communicate schedules, resolve production constraints, and support prototype builds.
Implement and continuously improve processes, including Lean Manufacturing initiatives and rollout of standardized workflows.
Monitor and report on KPIs, inventory levels, production adherence, and overall operational performance to support decision-making.
